1. Dense sphere
The particle size of Fused Ceramic sand is spherical, with glossy surface and small specific surface area. The fluidity and filling property are excellent, which can greatly reduce the use of binder and excellent collapsibility compared with other molding sands while obtaining high casting strength and high permeability.
2. Low thermal expansion
The thermal expansion rate of Fused Ceramic sand is lower than that of other casting sands, so the casting produced has high dimensional accuracy, fewer defects such as cracks, and high casting yield.
3. Good crushing resistance
Fused Ceramic sand has compact structure, high strength, and is rarely broken in repeated recycling, which greatly improves the recycling rate of molding sand, reduces the amount of waste sand, and is conducive to environmental protection.
4. High fire resistance
The main composition of Fused Ceramic sand is neutral pH value. It is an Al Si refractory material with good fire resistance and can meet the requirements of various metal and alloy casting.
